Business Unit (Value Stream) Manager in Enoree, SC

Multi-national manufacturer of fluid control components seeks a Business Unit Manager for its Spartanburg, SC manufacturing operation.
This hands-on operations leader will beresponsible for a team of approximately 5 direct reports and approximately 40 indirect reports, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The purpose of this role is to manage all direct and indirect cross functional employees across a value stream (business unit) in executing the financial commitments of the business with focus on cost, quality, delivery, safety, performance management, coaching and associate development.
